Stern Pro
Stern Pro is the last typeface completed by legendary designer Jim Rimmer. Named in memory of Chris Stern, the late artist and printer from Washington State, Stern was originally released in 2008. It is ‘the only typeface to be produced and marketed simultaneously in digital and metal’ and it is the subject of Richard Kegler’s documentary, Making Faces: Metal Type in the 21st Century. Canada Type remastered and expanded the design in 2013.
