Davis and Davis Sans were conceived in order to meet the needs of the modern business environment, in which identity, editorial and product branding each play a role and give rise to different typographical requirements. In keeping, they favour ‘controlled optical geometry and careful counter-space consideration over ornamental features traditionally associated with print design.’
Davis and Davis Sans contain:
- 8 fonts per family of 400 glyphs
- 4 weights each
- true italics
- extended Latin language support
- stylistic alternates
- class-based kerning
